Changing the Break-Fix Paradigm

PrintSync is the first company to change the way to service Colour MFD's and Printers in WA Businesses. The industry norm is the "Break-Fix" model.

The Copier or Printer MFD 'breaks' down and your supplier promises to 'Fix' it in record time. The problem is that your MFD has broken down, generally when you need to use it and regardless of how fast the service response is, your business is held up.

Our Print Fleet Management Programme utilises a combination of technologies that allow us to manage your companies Print output independent of the brand of MFD's or Printers you may have on site.

PrintSync has developed a methodology that changes the "Break-Fix" model. Our service department utilises Canon's eMaintenance which utilises the Remote Diagnostic Server (RDS) built in to each new Canon Advanced MFD. This RDS send technical information via HTTPS (the same code secure banking uses) to our service centre which monitors the wear and tear on your MFD's parts, consumables and error alerts.

Using eMaintenance we can pick up the early signs of Malfunction and Parts degradation and schedule a maintenance call to fit in with your work day to head off any potential break downs. The eMaintenance programme also provides the Field Technician with specific technical data that will match up our spare parts inventory to enable a full maintenance cycle to be performed on the spot should the MFD deem it necessary.

Our Fleet of Kyocera MFD's and Printers will also send us meter count information that allows us to schedule Maintenance calls according to the Manufacturers standards.

Our Print Fleet Management Programme also provides us with the ability to read Page Count, Toner usage and Fault reporting on all brands of Printers including HP for which we are authorised Sales and Service agents.
