West Country Office Machines started in 1984 as a Canon Dealer and opened in Mandurah in 2008. We opened PrintSync Business Solutions in Perth in 2010 as the inaugral Canon Authorised metro business partner. Our philosophy and depth of knowledge has led to phenomenal success allowing us to amalgamate all 3 branches under one banner.
PrintSync is part of the Edgeview Enterprises group of companies which includes "West Country Office Machines" based in Bunbury and Mandurah
Our Enterprise was founded in 1984 and has been a Canon Business Partner since inception. We have serviced and supported many businesses with IT infrastructure and have migrated through the Analogue to Digital change in Printing in the mid 1990's through to the innovation of low cost Colour MFD's of the 2000's. We are ready to assist WA Businesses negotiate the next step in Office Automation which is the integration of Colour MFD's into the Document workflow of an organization.

The team behind PrintSync each has over 20 years experience in the Printing and Document Management Market. Our goal was to bring together a company that has the ability to tailor the best Printing/Copying/Scanning and Document Management system for WA businesses and can support the hardware and software on a local basis with qualified factory trained technicians to support you in the field.
We have 40 staff over our 3 locations and these include 3 Microsoft Certified Technicians, 12 Factory trained Hardware Technicians, 7 trained Product specialists and Tertiary trained Administration staff.
PrintSync has a strong relationship with Canon and was the first Canon Channel Partner to be appointed in the Perth Area. We are certified to sell and service the award winning range of Canon Advanced Colour MFD's and the range of Software that Canon has developed to assist in Print Cost Control and Fleet Management.
We have also attained Office Printing Specialist (OPS) status with HP which certifies PrintSync to supply and service the range of HP LaserJet and Design jet Printers and MFD's. Uniquely we service the HP products direct from our Perth Head Office based in Bibra Lake.
Kyocera Australia has also qualified PrintSync as a Sales and Service vendor for their Printers and MFD's which provide us with a reliable low cost of ownership product line up due to Kyocera's patented Amorphous Silicon (ASi) technology which provides ultra long duty cycles and low running cost.
Oce Wide format Technical Drawing Systems rounds out our product Portfolio. The Dutch printing giant specializes in technical drawings and with a 15 year association with Oce; PrintSync can provide the best solution for technical documents to flow through your office.
